This one million SF mechanized food distribution center included 500,000 SF of dry bulk storage and 500,000 SF of cold storage. The cold storage area included specialized area for certain foods and a three-story automated freezer. Set on a 130-acre site, this project was noted as the largest earth-moving operation ever undertaken in the state of Maine. A fuel island expansion was added after the original construction.
