This project encompassed the renovation of 30,000 SF of existing residence halls and a 3 story, 12,000 SF addition to connect two residence halls. The addition included 16 dorm rooms, 2 spacious common areas, 5 meeting rooms, 4 study suites and a state-of-the-art laundry facility. This time sensitive project was completed in less than 12 months allowing for student occupancy to begin in the fall semester.
