This newly constructed, 5 story, 325,000 SF facility for 5th, 6th and 7th graders has a capacity of 1,600 students. A 5th floor was planned for future construction, was not in the original scope of work, but was completed within construction schedule to prepare for an increase in student population. A technology-oriented spine houses distance learning, technology education and computer labs. Extensive site work was conducted, to reduce costs a large rock cut was utilized to manufacture all sub base material onsite for the building pad and roadways; a 60’ wide by 100’ long arched metal culvert was installed over a protected trout stream.
