Hamilton Elementary

This single story elementary school received renovations to the existing 29,000 SF and a 23,000 SF addition, increasing total square footage to 52,000 SF. The addition included 9 classrooms, a gymnasium with stage area, music and art rooms, a computer lab and a large storage area. During the renovation, the existing portion of the building received upgrades and became ADA compliant. An on-site septic system with settling tanks and a drain field were installed.
