This 68,000 SF retail plaza includes a 56,000 SF Giant Markets grocery store, a 9,400 SF CVS pharmacy, a 1,450 SF Cost Cutters salon, a 1,200 SF Bagel’s Plus. This challenging site required the acquisition and demolition of several residential properties to provide the necessary footprint for the building structure and significant changes between the existing grades and new elevation contours. A massive modular block wall and intricate drainage system were designed and installed along the rear property boundary line to separate the new building site from the upper adjacent residential property parcels. Extensive landscape integrated the retail plaza into the existing residential neighborhood.
